Refunds are only accepted if it is returned immediately with the courier & paying the shipping fees. Exchanges are accepted within a maximum of 4 days from receiving the order. Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours after being placed. After that, we can’t guarantee cancellation!

Returned & Exchanged items are only accepted if they are returned as they are, with their new perfect condition. Unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all garment tags attached otherwise we won't be able to neither return or exchange the product. 

The shipping company's policy is that you must receive the full order or reject it entirely!

Shipping fees has to be paid in all conditions of receiving, exchanging and refunding!
